To sign up for Gmail, create a Google Account. You can use the username and password to sign in to Gmail and other Google products like YouTube, Google Play, and Google Drive.

You can search for “free email providers” to find another email provider you like and set up an account. Once you create a new email address, you can use that to set up a Google Account.

Go to Google Contacts. On the left next to "Labels," click Create label . Type a name, then click Save.

Create a template in Gmail If you have a message that includes information that doesn’t change frequently, you can save the message as a template in Gmail and reuse it.
